Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday periods
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Crystal Beauty LLC is not liable for packages lost or damaged after carrier acceptance, but we will assist you in filing a claim
• Failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may result in re-shipping fees
• Free shipping promotions are subject to terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time

Returns & Refunds

• Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Opened hygiene-sensitive items are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error
